Before You Arrive

Digital intake forms are sent to you by email or text before your appointment. When you arrive, the administrative work is already behind you.

You are greeted by name and offered a selection from our beverage bar. A member of our team escorts you on a brief tour of the practice before guiding you to your private dental suite.

Inside your suite, a personalized welcome message is displayed on the screen at the foot of the chair. Your comfort preferences, from entertainment and music to amenities, are recorded at this visit and prepared for every appointment that follows.

Before any clinical work begins, Dr. Olivero sits with you. She takes the time to understand your dental history, your concerns, and your goals. That conversation informs every clinical decision that follows.

Your Comprehensive Exam

When you are ready, Dr. Olivero conducts a complete assessment of your oral health, including:

Full-mouth digital X-rays
CBCT 3D imaging where indicated
Intraoral photography of every tooth
Comprehensive periodontal probing
Oral cancer screening

Every finding is reviewed with you directly. Using intraoral camera images and scan results, Dr. Olivero walks through her findings in real time, explaining what she sees in language that is clear and direct. You leave with a complete understanding of your oral health and full confidence in any recommendations made.

If a routine cleaning is appropriate, it is completed the same day. More involved care is scheduled at a follow-up appointment.

Your Treatment Consultation

If treatment is recommended, our treatment coordinator meets with you privately before you leave. She reviews your full care plan, answers every question, and walks through your financial options at your own pace.
